My goal is to offer a safe, warm, and supportive space and time where each person can express themselves, recognize their needs, and cultivate new ways of thinking, relating, and acting.
I provide psychological support services to adults who wish to improve their relationship with themselves and others, manage personal, professional, or family issues, and grow in alignment with their own values.
Individual psychotherapy provides the space and time to explore deeper aspects of ourselves.
We work together on issues such as:
• Anxiety, stress, and psychosomatic symptoms
• Low self-esteem, insecurity, and internal conflict
• Coping with loss and grief
• Difficulties in interpersonal or family relationships
• Life transitions (e.g., divorce, career change, motherhood)
• Exploration of identity and personal growth
My therapeutic approach is integrative and systemic, tailored to the needs and pace of each individual.
The relationship with children can bring joy but also challenges.
Through parent counseling, I support you to:
• Understand the needs and behaviors of the child or adolescent
• Strengthen communication and trust in your relationship
• Manage crises, transitions, and changes within the family system
• Empower your role as caregivers
An exploration of the dynamics of the relationship, communication, and the patterns that affect connection. In a relationship, what truly matters and is worth exploring is not the action or reaction, but the interaction.
We create the right conditions to be heard and to truly listen to our partner.
For individuals who are outside Athens or wish to work from home, I offer online sessions in a safe environment, with the same dedication and confidentiality.
Group psychotherapy offers the opportunity to engage with the issues of other participants and to come into contact with deeper, perhaps repressed, wounds we have acquired within our family of origin.
Group psychotherapy provides a safe and creative way to rewrite our existence within the family, offering us the possibility to heal wounds, reconstruct narratives, and internalize challenges.
Sessions are held by appointment, either in person or online.
Session duration: 50 minutes
