I am a Psychologist, graduate of University of East London with a degree grade of First Class, and holder of a Master’s degree in Clinical and Community Psychology from the same university.
I have been trained in Integrative Systemic Psychotherapy and continue to further my education through seminars and specialized programs, constantly enriching my therapeutic framework.
I have completed short-term training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for both adults and children, as well as in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In Schema Therapy, I have engaged extensively on a personal level for over 14 years, which has significantly deepened my clinical understanding.
The core of my work lies in the uniqueness of each individual. In the therapeutic space that I co-create with people, I approach every person holistically, combining elements from systemic, cognitive, and experiential understanding. My approach is always personalized, tailored to the needs of each individual, couple, or system.
