The online test for possibility of depressive syptoms It explores whether you have symptoms of depression and their possible severity. Its aim is not to provide a diagnosis, but to offer an initial assessment and to encourage individuals who may be experiencing some discomfort to seek professional help. It is based on a psychometric tool and the criteria of the DSM-5, and will give you a preliminary evaluation to help you understand whether you are exhibiting depressive symptoms.

It is anonymous, free, and takes approximately 2–5 minutes to complete. This test in no way can replace a clinical evaluation by a mental health professional, who is the expert qualified to assess symptoms, make a diagnosis, and recommend the appropriate treatment.
